Throughout his career, Rabbi David A. Cooper has explored meditative techniques and mystical processes that help us ponder the following questions: Who are we? Where did we come from? Where are we going? How do we get there? At this year’s Science and Nonduality Conference, Rabbi Cooper will give a talk titled “The Practice of Selflessness: Who’s Practicing?” in an attempt to connect an overall theme of discovering the self through practices and techniques outside the self.
In the following video from last year’s Science and Nonduality Conference, Rabbi Cooper joined a panel of spiritual teachers to discuss human movement beyond religious structure. As time and technology advance, will our bounty of knowledge and understanding help up discover new ways of existing through enlightenment and spirituality?
