Erin Fetherston: The Power of a “Fairy-Tale” Dress

The whimsical creations of fashion design Erin Fetherston embody a style that celebrates both femininity and romance, which have led to rave reviews by both the press as well as celebrities who don her creations. A Bay Area native who attended Parson’s School of Design in Paris, Fetherston has worked in New York City since 2007 and has debuted several of her ready-to-wear collections at New York City Fashion Week.

Explaining the intricacies of designing for models and top retail brands aside, the editors at TEEN VOGUE Fashion U 2012 asked Fetherston a unique question this weekend: given the chance to design a dress for any fairy-tale princess, who would she choose?
