But for the most part we only hear opinions from those consuming– best burger in the city, anyone? Or, what about articles covering food and drink trends that need to die immediately?
Step into the shoes of a line cook or head chef in San Francisco, or in any restaurant around the country for that matter, and you might hear a side of the story. For example, are chefs who eschew real kitchen experiences to learn online not paying their dues? Richie Nakano, chef and owner of Hapa Ramen, shared some of his rather strong opinions on the matter at a recent Commonwealth Club gathering.
