Intelligence Squared: Winners and Losers in the Natural Gas Boom

Yesterday’s Intelligence Squared debate at the Aspen Ideas Festival featured two proponents and two critics of the current natural gas boom in the United States, which is made possible by recent improvements in hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, technologies.
