Today, we are proud (and a bit excited) to unveil our new home page. We hope you are excited, too!
Our new look reflects a great degree of input from the FORA.tv community. We thank you — our loyal members and partners who provided input, and especially those of you who helped test drive some concepts along the way. First and foremost, we’re introducing better navigation so you can more easily find what you’re looking for. Also, we’re using larger, more engaging images and providing more context (i.e., headlines and captions) to our featured videos.
There’s a lot more that’s changed, from the cool carousel at the top to the blog at the bottom. We’ve highlighted a few of the most important changes here. Think of this blog post as a cheat sheet to get the most out of YOUR FORA.tv homepage.
The Ticker
Every day, we present engaging and timely LIVE events and conferences. Now in one place you can see those events that are underway and those that are upcoming. Simply click on the Ticker at the top of the page and you can sign up to watch an event or conference.
Video Carousel and Most Watched Box
In an effort to serve up the day’s newest and most relevant programming without heavy scrolling and clicking, we’ve developed a dynamic, new carousel. Move your mouse over the four buttons at the left to call up a new video. Then click on the image and start watching. To the right of the carousel, we’ve enhanced our “Most Watched” box with thumbnail images and provider information. Now, you can see more readily what videos are the most popular this week on FORA.tv.
