Does Organic Food Really Make Sense?

It creates a two-tier system: The rich can afford the nicely labeled packages and the poor cannot. No, says author Anna Lappe. Organic food can feed the world and make it a better place to live. By relying less on industrial food production, we can cut down on the amount of pollution and greenhouse gases we produce and greatly improve the quality of what we eat.
